About Our Hygiene And Sanitizing Protocol

At Mill Valley Inn the safety and well-being of our guests and staff is our highest priority. As such, we have implemented the following measures to achieve maximum cleanliness throughout the hotel:

  • All common areas throughout the hotel will be sanitized hourly.
  • Physical Distancing will be practiced at check-in, and throughout your stay.
  • Hand sanitizer dispensers and sanitizing wipes are located throughout the hotel.
  • Clear barriers have been installed at the front desk to reduce contact between guests and staff.
  • Room keys will be sanitized after use.
  • All staff and guests will be required to wear masks at check-in and when moving throughout the public spaces in the hotel.
  • Guest rooms will be left vacant for 24 hours between each guest occupancy.
  • Housekeeping staff will not enter a guestroom after a guest has checked in. However, guests can request fresh linens.
  • Following restaurant guidelines for COVID-19, we will not serve breakfast buffet-style. A light Continental Breakfast will be delivered to your guest room each morning of your stay.
  • We will not be be providing our communal evening wine reception but are happy to provide a half bottle of wine at check in.
